I played a pivotal role in shaping brand strategy and optimizing user flows on the customer-facing website, contributed to the development of a reservation lookup app, native app for rental/live customers and design of internal portal for property management tasks.

I led design efforts for leasing products and map-based data visualization software, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to improve usability and drive customer acquisition. I spearheaded partnership UX audits and contributed to the development of a B2B portal aimed at streamlining internal processes and enhancing data management efficiency.
BIA Probate App
Designing a compassionate digital experience for families navigating loss.
I led the UX strategy and experience design for a rapid, 5-week accelerated modernization effort focused on transforming the probate experience for citizens, BIA staff, and OHA reviewers.
The challenge wasn’t just digitizing paperwork. It was designing for people during one of the most emotional and stressful moments of their lives: the loss of a family member.
