The global impact of the pandemic reshaped the landscape of the travel industry, prompting our team to address the evolving needs and concerns of modern travelers. Our mission was clear: understand and alleviate the pain points faced by travelers today, ensuring stress-free, safe, and successful journeys. Through extensive user research, we uncovered a prevalent desire among travelers to simplify their experiences and regain a sense of normalcy post-pandemic.

Surprisingly, many travelers expressed feeling safe to travel again and emphasized the importance of convenience and efficiency in their travel arrangements. Leveraging insights from our research, we identified an opportunity to streamline the travel experience by creating a comprehensive app that integrates booking, reviews, and rewards seamlessly.

Our vision was to develop an app that empowers users to rate every aspect of their vacation, from flights and accommodations to dining experiences and more. By consolidating these functionalities into a single platform, we aimed to enhance the travel experience and position our app as the ultimate travel companion for users.

As part of a cross-functional team comprising product managers and developers, my role was pivotal in driving this initiative forward. Over the course of five months, we operated within two-week agile sprint intervals, allowing for rapid iteration and refinement of our product.

My responsibilities encompassed every stage of the product development process, from research and ideation to prototyping, user testing, and final dev shipment. By facilitating collaboration and ensuring alignment across teams, I played a crucial role in bringing our vision to life and delivering a user-centric solution that meets the diverse needs of modern travelers.
